The Dr. Dan D’Angelo Scholarship Fund honors the life and legacy of Dr. Dan D’Angelo, a co-founder of Community Smiles Dental and a passionate advocate for improving access to dental care.
Throughout his 36-year career, he volunteered extensively, serving on more than 25 professional and community boards. But one of his most meaningful contributions was helping create Community Smiles Dental (formerly Waukesha County Community Dental Clinic), ensuring that underserved children and families could receive high-quality dental care.
The scholarship fund continues his belief in service and lifelong learning by supporting the ongoing growth and development of the CSD team.
